All our products are imported directly from the USA, stocked in the UK and ready to ship.

Order Despatch & Cut-Off Times
Any orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12pm (GMT) will be despatched by the next working day. We don't process any orders on Saturday and Sunday, so orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on Monday.

The speed of your chosen delivery option does not include our handling times, e.g. if your order is placed on Monday after 12:00 (GMT) with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day delivery), your order will be processed and despatched on Wednesday at the latest, and then it will be out for delivery on a next working day service and arrive Thursday.

We want you to have the best delivery experience possible. Therefore, we use Royal Mail Tracked Services.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 offers a 1-2 working day delivery service within the UK.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 offers a next working day delivery service within the UK..
Ireland, France, Germany & Netherlands is a 3-5 wokring day service.

      Giving you more control of your deliveries with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48

      Not going to be in? By using the Royal Mail tracking link or app, you can choose several options to suit you. The following options are available:

      • Change your delivery options before delivery is attempted
      • Request it to be delivered to a preferred neighbour
      • Request it to be left in a safe place
      • Request a different delivery day
      • Collect it from a post office or delivery office

      Please note that when requesting to "leave in a safe place", you are doing so at your own risk, and we accept no liability for lost or stolen goods.

      Heat Sensitive Products
      Any products that are sensitive to heat and are ordered during the summer months are done so at your own risk. These are items such as chocolate, candy etc. We can not accept any liability for damage caused in the transit due to warm weather.

      *Disclaimer* we do not offer refunds/replacements for the following items:

      1. We do not offer refunds/replacements for broken biscuits, KitKats or candy products due to their extremely fragile nature.
      2. We do not offer refunds/replacements for damaged boxes. The boxes are there to protect the product. If the box itself is slightly dented/crushed or bent, we consider this as the packaging doing its job in protecting the contents inside - and will not cover any refunds or returns for this.
      3. We do not offer refunds/replacements on slightly dented cans of drinks when the can itself is intact and has not burst, sealed, leaked or exploded.
