Royal Mail Services

We are pleased to offer Tracked delivery services for your convenience. All our products are imported directly from the USA, stored in the UK, and ready for prompt shipping.

Order Dispatch & Cut-Off Times

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 pm (GMT) will typically be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please note that we do not process orders over the weekend; therefore, any orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

It’s important to remember that the speed of your chosen delivery option does not include our handling times. For example, if an order is placed on Monday after 12 pm (GMT) with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day delivery), it will be processed and dispatched by Wednesday at the latest. Delivery will then occur on the next working day, arriving on Thursday.

  • Royal Mail International Tracked: Ireland, France, Germany, and the Netherlands
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24: United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, and Scottish Islands

Delivery Options

To enhance your delivery experience, we utilize Royal Mail Tracked Services:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 1-2 working days delivery within the UK.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next working day delivery within the UK.
  • International Deliveries (Ireland, France, Germany & Netherlands): 3-5 working days delivery service.

(Delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked)

  • 0-2 KG: £14.99 (VAT and Duties are the responsibility of the receiver.)

Control Over Your Deliveries

With Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48, you have increased control over your deliveries. If you are not going to be at home, you can use the Royal Mail tracking link or app to choose from several options:

  • Alter your delivery preferences before the delivery attempt.
  • Request delivery to a preferred neighbour.
  • Ask for it to be left in a safe place.
  • Select a different delivery day.
  • Collect from a post office or delivery office.

Please note, when opting to leave your parcel in a safe place, you do so at your own risk. We cannot accept liability for lost or stolen items.

Heat Sensitive Products

Please be aware that items sensitive to heat, such as chocolate and candy, ordered during the summer months are at your own risk. We cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during transit due to warm weather.

Disclaimer

We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following items:

  • Broken Biscuits, KitKats, or Candy Products: Due to their fragile nature, we do not offer refunds/replacements.
  • Damaged Boxes: Boxes are designed to protect the products. Minor dents or crushes are considered normal and do not warrant refund or return.
  • Dented Cans: We do not cover refunds or replacements for slightly dented cans if the can is intact and has not leaked, burst, or exploded.
