Does It Cost Anything to Join?

There is no cost to join the rewards loyalty program.

How Can I Earn Points?

You can earn points by completing actions listed in the "Ways to Earn" section above.

How Can I Spend My Points?

It’s simple! Click on the "Rewards" icon at the bottom of your screen. You will see all the rewards available for you to redeem. Click "Redeem," and your discount coupon will be displayed instantly. You can then enter this coupon at the payment screen.

How Many Points Do I Need to Redeem?

Rewards can be redeemed when you have 700 or 1200 points.

Do My Rewards and Points Have Any Cash Value?

Rewards and points earned through the American Coffee Club Rewards program have no cash value and are non-transferable.

May I Share My Account, Rewards, or Points?

Accounts, program rewards, and points cannot be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products and engaging with the program may accumulate rewards and points.

Can My Points Expire?

You have 12 months to use your points.

How Do I Know How Many Points I Have?

Your points are displayed in the American Coffee Club Rewards app, which you can access by clicking the "Rewards" icon at the bottom of the screen.
